I heard a lot of people say that there is no way his family could know he was going to be pres so why would they lie? The fact is whether he became a President or a Plumber it would be in his best interest to be an American Citizen opposed to Kenyan. His Mothers family was smart and I am sure they would have helped the daughter and grandson anyway they could. There is something really fishy about all of this. My Birth cert has Hospital,Date,time,doctor,Parents etc. He has only shown a cert of live birth which can be issued by a family member declaring birth. He has never shown his Real Birth cert like yours or mine. Anyway I guess at some point maybe 25 years from now the freedom of information act will clear this all up assuming in 25 years we still have freedom.

Obama already got his birth certificate from Hawaii. He posted it on the internet. This happened in June. It is the same as any birth certificate issued by Hawaii or any other state - a computer-generated document based on permanent birth records.

Obama has no control over what the state releases.



Some lunatics have claimed that the birth certificate the state gave Obama was fake. The state says no, it's real. But the lunatics want to go dig into the state's files of personal information and try to find some proof that the state is lying or something. They want to see the original that was filled out at the hospital. Or they just don't understand that all birth certificates are computer-generated, not photocopies of originals. The state has said no, we issued an authentic birth certificate and that's that.



So it's already over with. The only people wasting time and money are the lunatics who can't accept reality.

Obama was born in Kenya and I really don't care. McCain was born in Panama. These technical issues are a waste of breath. They are both Americans by culture and heritage. A lot of people only support the Constitution's technical rules when it supports their views.



Conservatives don't like the income tax amendment which was put in place by Liberals. It is a pro-slavery amendment because it puts a direct tax on your labor with no prescribed limits and flys in the face of the American Revolutionaries intent for this nation of being free from excessive taxation as much of these taxes are used for elective purposes that many taxpayers are adverse to. Not an example of taxation with representation for that purpose. Conservatives also can't stand the power of the Supreme Court to dictate that a fetus is not a living American citizen therefore has no right to life proscribed in our nation's founding documents although strictly speaking the Supreme Court has Constitutional authority to do this because theirs is the power to interpret law.



Liberals of course disregard the Constitution when it comes to the right to bear arms because any restriction on arms or gun owning organizations violates the Constitution principles of self defense and the formation of militias which are therefore inherant rights and not subject to restriction unless the Amendments defining these rights are repealed.



Yes, the Constitution is the supreme law of the land but people of all political persuasions disregard it where it is not convenient to their personal views and its edicts are indeed subjective and through complex interpretation can become circular. The reality we can glean from all this is that the Constitution does not own us but it is we the people that own it. The people have spoken and they want Obama.
