That's an easy. President Bush has screwed up over and over, but the Republicans don't see it that way. It has been proved time after time that Bush is a screw up, but yet Democrats and others get blamed. So to answer your question, it's all just a game that Politicians play with the people and as always they fall for it. It's easier to blame someone else than to admit your an idiot to the people.

The problem is that both the Democrats and Republicans care more about winning than they care about the USA. Another problem is that they think that you want to hold Bush to a higher standard than you did Clinton.
