Do you believe Hillary Clinton should be locked for having classified information on a non-government email server?

If yes, do you believe everyone who shared classified information on a non-government email server should be locked up?

If yes, do you believe the government should start an investigation to find all of those people?

Certainly dozens, probably hundreds, and possible thousands of people have included classified information on a non-government email server. We don't really know how many because no one ever considered it worth investigating.

The Democratic candidate for President directly implied on prime time television that the Republican candidate for President would 'nuke the world' shortly after being given access to the nuclear launch codes. The headline story the next day was 'Clinton's speech an optimistic vision for America stands in stark contrast to Trump's dark vision of America.'

The DNC has directly admitted to Clinton's campaign using organized 'dirty tricks' to sink Bernie Sander's campaign.

The FBI has reported that 30,000 emails of Secretary Clinton's are missing and presumed permanently deleted from a government server.

The common conclusion? It doesn't matter because the Democratic party is the party of the 'protected classes,' and their motives are good, so their means are above the need for serious scrutiny.

This is how one party rule takes root. It always seems great for those being 'protected' until they say or do something offensive enough to fall from the good graces of the ruling class. By then, it is far too late.

Most 'classified' information is materially harmless, especially since it isn't generally emailed if it has any real value to our enemies. The government still uses a system of physical couriers protected by diplomatic security officers for that type of information. The greater concern is the thoughtless disregard for human life, the failure of imagination leading to terrible policies, and the willingness to place the responsibility either on the dead, or on those not involved at all by using childish fear mongering. This includes covering up those poor decisions by eliminating evidence, or trying to spin them away with help from an unapologetically sycophantic press corps. .

The reason the law was written the way it was, is so that innocent errors didn't get prosecuted the same as people like Snowden who deliberately removed classified materials with the intent of dissemination.

If this weren't Hillary no one would care, or know about a few that were sent to her without the proper heading.

And her server was the same one used by the former president, and apparently was more secure that many major businesses and other government offices.

Not for having classified info on a personal server, but for being reckless and not getting a secure server and sending emails that foreign nationals have hacked into. She may have let national secrets be discovered. Others in her high level position do not have servers in their basement that are unsecured and nobody can trace where the 33,000 emails went.

Colin Powell and Condi Rice used AOL servers and RNC servers, neither are as secure as a private server in someone's home. If Hillary was charged, they should have been also.

The statute under which Comey failed to charge Hillary with was a misdemeanor statute so no one was going to be locked up, but for Comey to imply a strict liability misdemeanor is unconstitutional thus his reasoning to add the element of intent is nonsense

We don't "lock up" political candidates in America. Go live in North Korea or Iran if you want that kind of justice.
