In the western world it has to be the over used political use of the word....'democracy' - something that has never ever been implemented in the 'true meaning' of that word within the western worlds governments - no matter what political party is governing a country.
These governments are no longer answerable to the peoples (democracy) - the peoples are 'all answerable' to their governments (dictatorship).
