I would not feel as bad that my taxes are going to Haiti, but?

I feel as though my money as with others, is just going into a big empty hole. It is a never ending money pit because we just can't keep feeding all the kids they keep kicking out. For the orphans that are coming here, we are paying for that too and their medical...for those that want to adopt these kids YOU PAY FOR THEM!!!!! You wanted them. Again, why is this always dumped on the tax payers, I should NOT and don't want my money paying for someone wanting to be a mommy, I am already as with other tax payers paying for welfare here. I don't have medical coverage but for those that keeps kicking kids out or for these that wants to adopt, us tax payers pay? This is total bull shi.....!!!! Its piss on the people that work, we treat our vets like crap (and for you smart azzes) yes I do donate to them, my uncle was a vet. For the people that busts their azzes in this country they sure get the short end of the stick....nurses, firefighters, people that risks their lives, we pay and pay. We treat foreigners better than our OWN people. I don't understand this crap anymore.

it is merely no longer adequate because of the fact Haiti has suffered from crippling poverty for an extremely long term, ever because of the fact the ecu usa that colonized it left. Haiti is very undesirable, and it is the duty of the 1st international to help the 0.33 international, because of the fact out of poverty comes hate and desperation. Like after Germany took duty for commencing WWI, they have been forced to pay tens of millions in reparations to Britain and France, money they did no longer have, and to take the only duty for WWI. This made them undesirable, desperate, and with very low national satisfaction. Then a guy from Austria, who had fought on the facet of the Germans in WWI got here to the rescue, blaming all of their issues on the 'undesirables', asserting if purely they have been long previous, then Germany and Austria could be reliable, organic and rich. He wanted to rule the '0.33 Reich', the 0.33 German empire, which might final 1000 years. It purely lasted a sprint over a decade, yet tens of millions have been killed. i'm specific you have guessed i'm speaking approximately Hitler. it is likewise why after WWII ended, the Allies did no longer merely bypass away, they helped set up democracy and helped to stimulate the economic device. Sorry for the story/rant, despite the fact that it is genuine.

It is a money pit. The govt of Haiti is corrupt and our govt is inefficient. Our tax dollars are not spent wisely. That's why I encourage others to donate through red cross to Haiti. At least they are efficient. The rest of your rant is over the top. Helping Haiti is not costing you free health care. I know plenty of vets who would argue with you. Nurses are very well paid and so are fire fighters. Are you out on a snow day

I understand your frustration. I have felt that for a long time our government gives priority over citizens and working people. We are just here to supply the funds for their promotion and aggrandizement. I can't see where the U.S. Constitution gives authority to our government to dole out charity. That is for individual citizens to do if they choose. We are the most charitable country on earth. We love to help people in distress, but it is not for the government to make that decision for us. Even in scripture charity was for individuals to decide on their own and their own free will.
