For fear of offending you or not obeying your commands... I'll say that I don't hate Bush.. in fact I bet he'd be a lot of fun to sit down with over a beer. A decent man with strong convictions ..nothing wrong with that...but he sure has had some bad luck regarding his presidency and timing, hasn't he? Add to that some downright mistakes regarding miscalculations about an insurgency in Iraq, the mess in New Orleans, that really unfortunate veto a few days ago that was just a nod to his base, his absolutely insane spending, and the fact that he says some really silly things frequently....it makes me wonder...I loved him after 9/11. He was tough and direct, just what America and the rest of the world needed...and then it all went horribly Pete Tong.

Capitalization is a great tool. Maybe you need to learn how to use it. For supportive reasoning in why I dislike Bush, he hasn't done anything for this country that I see as being good. Every chance he's had to succeed he's failed. He caught Sadaam, but big deal. What about Osama? No president should ever be able to grin and smile so much during wartime. He has no respect for the people lossed due to his gung-ho attitude. If he wants to be John Wayne, let him go out to Iraq or Afgah or wherever he wants to attack and he can do it himself. He's a little boy that was just giving the controls to what he looks at as the best toy ever. The world is not a toy nor is the American army. He also does nothing to defend the verbal and written attacks against him. He just sits there and takes it. His staff are his friends and were his friends before he took office. He has no tact, no honor, no integrity. The big chant from the pro-Bush camp in 04 was that Kerry lied and men died. Well guess who's lying now? And the repubs don't say a damned thing about it

Because he has no respect for the Constitution. All men are created equal, yet under the Bush administration, not all men (or women) can get married, adopt, or a million other little things that the majority of Americans take for granted. He is giving tax cuts to the wealthy while ignoring those who need the cuts most. He is blocking federal funding for research which could save the lives of millions. He's cutting funding for education and leaving millions of children behind. He's a hypocrite, calling himself a Christian when his administration is all about discrimination, against women, the LGBT community, sick people, the poor, African Americans, Hispanics, and children. That's why I don't like him. I don't hate him, he isn't worthy of my hate.
2006-07-30 14:09:45 UTC
He does not reach out to people who oppose him. It is always I think liberals will like some of my ideas. It was never, I don't like liberal, but is their anything I can do to help that I don't agree with. He either supports the religious right, or has nothing to do with the issue.

It also grates with me that at the last debates the real he gave that people should not vote for Kerry is that he is a liberal. Around 40% of the nation are liberal. He just outright implied that he doesn't think they should be in office. I think he owes a large portion of the US an apology for implying they shouldn't have representation. Is he trying to be the president of the US or of the conservative party. If he is to be president of the US he needs to be more than just the leader of the conservative party.

Ok, this cartoon was in my local newspaper:

Bush - I love you frozen little embryos - I'll protect you from the

evil scientists - You can grow up to be strong men & women -

And, then I'll send you off to war - where you can die a hero -

'cause, I value life.

Another reason - I had one unexpected emergency this month,

guest what? After getting my car inspected, re-newing the

insurance, paid monthy bills, put $20. in the gas tank -

there's nothing left over for food.

I believe he has no idea there's millions of people like me,

which, I admit, leaves me Bitter.

Not to mention, he's just sent millions to the Middle East,

while cutting off his own people who are without anything,

from Katrina - Very Disturbing.

I've ranted enough - but believe me, there's plenty more

in my book.

Yars232c - really says it all - I hope you read it - very good

answer.

nicely, i'm 33 and that i dislike Bush for many reasons. For one element, he's ignorant on the subject of the worldwide around him and he does not even care. in the previous he met the Welsh singer Charlotte Church, he did no longer additionally be responsive to the place Wales exchange into! additionally, he as quickly as asked the Brazilian president if Brazil had any black people. And final yet no longer least, he as quickly as mentioned some thing like, "i do no longer want all people to tell me what to think of, yet I do want somebody to tell me the place Kosovo is." I additionally hate the reality that the only reason he grew to alter into the President in 2000 is in basic terms by the fact his dad's acquaintances on the preferrred courtroom handed him the presidency on a silver platter and hundreds of Floridians have been denied their suitable to vote in the approach. He has all started a disastrous war that exchange into in line with a lie and given us a checklist deficit in the approach. And final yet no longer least, no longer purely has he did no longer seize the main perpetrator in the back of the 9/11 assaults (bin encumbered), yet he has additionally expressed disinterest in getting justice for the three,000 people who burned to demise in the assaults. if actuality be told, it exchange into purely 6 MONTHS after the assaults that Bush mentioned that shooting bin encumbered wasn't a precedence. as a effect, bin encumbered remains a loose guy and the worldwide terrorist undertaking has been exacerbated, with the aid of fact the war has exchange right into a reason celebre between the Islamic fundamentalists and an entire new era of terrorists is now being bred.

Mostly because he lies a lot. 1. Wmds in Iraq 2. We know where the WMDS are 3. Harriet Miers is qualified to be a supreme court 4. I'm not wmonitoring domestic phone calls

Also I don't agree with a lot of his beliefs for example abortion, and gay marriage, stem cell reasearch. and immigration which I happen to believe he doesn't care about, but it's an election year and he needs to distract people.

I also disagree with his descision to go into Iraq, and I HATE how he doesn't send representatives to confrerences discussing how to protect the environment when we are harming it more than any other nation.

I don't like that his campaign manager's tacked on the idea that he is religious during his Texas governorship run. It's an easy sell to people if you are married, that you are religious too.

I don't like that he raised public funds for a new stadium for the Texas Rangers while owner, then sold the team and the rights to the stadium for a profit (Basically streamlining public funds into his own pocket)

I don't like that all of his top aids have oil ties, and he just so happens to be really into liberating an area with the most lucrative oil bed in the world.

I don't like that when he speaks, he is obviously unsure of what he's talking about.

I don't like that his dad (senator at the time) gave him a post in the Texas National Guard during vietnam, despite the fact that he was unqualified. I don't like when congressman make wars, sending poor people into battle, and protect their own kids at the same time.

I don't like tax cuts for the top 1% of the country, and raising taxes on overtime wages (last time I checked, the top 1% are not working overtime to feed their families)

I don't like increasing defense spending, having aggressive military policies, and slashing military veteran benefits.

I don't like it when our country's leader is totally tied up by Saudi Arabian interests.

I don't like when the president's brother promises his states electoral votes, then allows voting fraud that would make Richard Nixon blush.

But on the plus side, I do love his American Cowboy image that won him every state south of the mason dixon line (except Florida)

ok I am not losing my head when I say this but the man is a moron plain and simple, he sucks a*s to the rich and doesn't give a damn about the poor, what else need I say? what I don't understand is how there are still people out there who support him, at a 30% approval rating I would be to ashamed to admit I still support him, thankfully I never did support him and if I offended you in any way I apologize, if you have to report me for stating my opinions on the matter then knock yourself out, I could just as easily report you for annoying me with this question so try and remember that

I have made my feelings on Bush very clear. I regurgitate from some of my prior posts for your consumption:

Well, since you asked. There are several reasons. And picking just one is kinda hard. So let us go with his healthcare/Social Security program. One that my mom has been on since 1997. She had an accident where she worked and hasn't been able to work since. She was getting enough money from SS/Disability to live comfortably. She could afford to buy the medications she needs. But now, under Bush, I had to move her in with me. She gets $550 a month. She used to get close to $1200 a month. Her meds run her over $150. And that's with medicare. Prior to that bill getting passed she paid only $27 out of pocket for her meds. And now...Well...And it's not just her. I've stood in line to get her meds and have listened to a lot of elderly persons complaining about the rising costs of their medications. I've even gone into my own pocket and helped them out when they didn't have enough.

I dislike our president because he is just crooked but so is anybody in politics. He started a war that will eventually kill more than the vietnam war, ww2 and the civil war combined the mainly terrible thing about this war is it can never end as long as man is still existent there will be terrorism to fight but instead of fighting terrorist he is more focused on the oil in Iraq, he just has to finish what daddy couldn't. He makes TRUE TEXANS like myself look bad this is a corny term but he is just a "carpetbagger", just cause you buy a Texas baseball franchise and live here most your life dont make him a Texan it takes more than that.Besides that he is just another racist, facist government tool. VOTE HILLARY CLINTON 2008. (sorry if i offended you and thanks for writing this i needed to express myself) pray for our president he needs it

I hate him with every fiber of my being for strictly personal reasons. I dislike him immensely for political reasons. Because of his illegal war a dear love of mine was recalled to active duty and shipped off to Iraq in the spring of 2004 - this was unexpected as he was over 45 and lived in Canada - my dear love is still there and not expected (at last communique) to be released from service til at least Jan 2007. Selfish personal reason why I hate him, hate him, hate him (I mean to be respectful to you by stating my reasons for my outright hate of the person in question).

As for his political acumen - I'm still waiting to see any - he is a retarded puppet child whose strings are pulled by big corporate oil buddies and he knows it and revels in it. His education is questionable, his cocaine and alcohol abuse documented, his service record is abysmal, his governorship saw more death row cases, he assumed the Presidency as he wasn't the duely elected winner by the popular vote, he led your country into an illegal war and perpetuated actual war crimes according to the Geneva Convention ... he is completely unapologetic for any errors he made even when found to be outright wrong, and he makes sick little jokes when he thinks the cameras are off. This shows you how very very little he thinks of the men, women, boys and girls he's sent off to die (not fight) on his behalf. But then I am not surprised given he was birthed through the loins of Barbara Bush who feels it would dirty her beautiful mind to give a thought to a dead soldier and his family. I do understand that there is an emotianal level to my answer and if you really feel I have overstepped the bounds of decency then you may report me. I believe my reasons for hating him and his administration are supported by his very actions.

As for a debate - I doubt very much you could get me to change my stance unless you are able to PROVE to me that he is indeed a mentally disabled man child who is strictly an unknowing pawn of Cheney and Rumsfeld. Perhaps then I might have some sympathy for his plight although I would not change my opinion of the administration.

He told me we had to go to Iraq because the WMDs Saddam had were an imminent threat to the USA. He has not been able to prove that case to me, I don't believe Saddam had WMDs and I do not believe Iraq was an imminent threat to the USA,so I feel he lied to me.

hello,

i don't hate him, i don't know him.

i just think he is incompetent, and has sold the intrest of the american people away, while overreaching his constititional powers.

For me it began when he ran for president in 2000

you find out a bit about him.

1) Executed mentally retarded people

a) He lacks any compassion

"I think it is nothing short of unbelievable that the governor of a major state running for president thought it was acceptable to mock a woman he decided to put to death." Just before her execution date, Tucker appealed for clemency on the grounds that she had become a born-again Christian. Bush's reply: " `Please,' Bush whimpers, his lips pursed in mock desperation, `don't kill me,' "

2) Convicted of DUI

3) Left Texas the most polluted state

http://www.pbs.org/newshour/bb/election/july-dec00/bush_environment_8-22.html

4) His war record, or lack of one.

His record show an utter contempt for National Guards rules and regulations. He did not even serve out all his time but went to work on a campain while others fought and bled or died.

the man who got Bush into the guard Lt. Gov. Ben Barnes was then rewarded, with the contracts for the lottery

http://www.gregpalast.com/dan-crashes-bush-flies-high

5) The theft of Florida in the 2000 election. Bush's campain provide a list of felon names they wanted taken off the voter roles to the Florida company DBT. a list that was 95% inaccurate, and which Jebs people wanted to add even more lists.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/events/newsnight/1174115.stm

6) against mcain his campain attacked Mc Cains adopted daughter with racial attacks claiming she was a product of an affair.

7)

as president

1) Dropped out of Kiyoto

or rather denies the global warming

is fact

2) Sold out the american people to the Pharamasuiticals

3) He does not provide the funds promised to No Child Left Behind

4) Wanting to drill on protected federal land because under certain conditions oil companies can legally have the oil for free. for free.

5) Spent the most time on vactation than any other presdident.

6) Sold a war on intellegence the CIA questioned and did not clear.

allowed Rumsfeld to take over intellegece at the DOD

http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/darkside/

after becoming president.

7) Completely abandonded talks in Irael

8) Completley abandonded talks in N. Korea

9) completley abandoned talks in Iran

10) Began warrentless wire taps on americans before 9/11, yes before

11) Took the US into the Iraq war which was not a threat and had no WMDs. and has led to a power grab in Iraq and civil war.

12) Has voilated the constition with presidential overreach

in voilating the Constitition and 4th amend rights.

13) Cut taxes in a time of war. even though about 42% of Fed dollars go to military actions past and present.

14) Created the largest defiect in history, which will have to be paid by future americans. or rather each child born has a debt of 28,00 dollars...like a birth tax

15) Has created the largest government.

16) Vetoed stem cell research.

17) Sent Josh Bolten to the UN.

18) Sent Colin Powell to give a speach at UN full of lies.

19) Violated the UN by going to war with Iraq, because he claimed Iraq had voilated the UN.

ironic?

20) Signing statements that have been used to overstep the will of the congress and legislative branch.

resulting in the Repb. Arelen Spector to want a bill allowing congress to sue the president for constitional overreach.

21) Voilating the Geneva conventions on torture

22) Paying off political commentators to support policy....remember that.

23) appointing someone with no experiecne to FEMA and the results during Katrina.

i could go on and on.......but you get the picture.

George W. Bush

The White House, USA

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

LAW ENFORCEMENT:

--I was arrested in Kennebunkport, Maine, in 1976 for driving under the influence of alcohol.

--I pled guilty, paid a fine, and had my driver's license suspended for 30 days.

--My Texas driving record has been "lost" and is not available.

--With the help of my father and our right-wing friends in the oil industry (including Enron CEO Ken Lay), I was elected governor of Texas.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS GOVERNOR OF TEXAS:

--I changed Texas pollution laws to favor power and oil companies, making Texas the most polluted state in the Union.

--During my tenure, Houston replaced Los Angeles as the most smog-ridden city in America.

--I cut taxes and bankrupted the Texas treasury to the tune of billions in borrowed money.

--I set the record for the most executions by any governor in American history.

--With the help of my brother, the governor of Florida, and my father's appointments to the Supreme Court, I became President after losing by over 500,000 votes.
