Urgent u.s. postal mail question?

Question

I sent out a card to someone in a city one hour away w/ the forever stamp..I put the card in my mail box so the mail man can send it out....the mail man came, I didnt check to see if he took it..but another person came n took the new mail already out...idk if the mailman took my card?? why wouldn't he right? any possibilities? thank you

You may have wasted a few cents, since the postage rate is lower for cards, but there is no reason the postman would not have taken it.

I would say it Proably wasn't the mailman but who knows .I doubt he would want the card unless you did something like put money in it.If you did then I would be tearing someone apart to find it.I am Having trouble with my mailman as I placed a letter to be mailed on Tuseday afternoon I put the

Flag up and have come home on Wednesday at 7:30 P.M. To find the letter still inside of my Box and the flag still up which means the mailman never came today this happened one time With a package.It said it was deliveried but I never got it and didn't get any mail.Neither did my two neighbors who live in the other apartments .The mail came the next day and suddlenly so did My package.Mail people are not always honest I would ask them next time they go by.

check for it in the new mail, if it is not there then the postman took it.
