Inspite of concrete evidence PAK Govt. giving baseless comments. What UN is doing? Already a month is over, till now no significant progress. If in such cases UN is not able to interfere & ensure peace for the people of both the countries then what is the need of UN? India and Pakistan will resolve the issue themself.

The UN which is now a toothless tiger,is sitting on its fat fanny waiting for a signal from its Big Three Masters.Unfortunately it is going to be a wait till eternity because that signal has been switched off.The stalemate between India and Pakistan will continue with tension mounting on both sides till the next attack.Even after a repeat performance neither the US nor the UN will ever resort to cutting off all aid to Pakistan and imposing stiff sanctions till Pakistan delivers on its promise of dismantling of all terror camps and terrorists training centers from its soil.On the contary they will ask India to observe restraint..Incidentally,Mr."Panarion" doesn't seem to understand or realise that India is not condemning an entire nation for the crime of

11 insane men.The condemnation is because that recalcitrant nation seems to be doing damn all in the matter of the terrorists training camps being operated in that country with the full knowledge and under the aegis of the Intelligence arm/wing of the duly elected government which makes it not only more than culpable but also

utterly contemptible and condemnable.The International community is equally guilty of inaction and utter insensitivity to the terrible tragedy

of so many innocent lives lost.Merely expressing sympathy and

condemning the perpetrators and their acts is just adding fuel to the fire and exhibits total lack of feelings.The need of the hour is concerted action against Pakistan by all right thinking nations of the world.And that action should begin with severing diplomatic relations and all trade and commerce with Pakistan.

The UN will not do anything because U.S. and other Western news reporters have made the issue an Indian/Pakistani one, not one of terrorists proportions. They are saying the tensions in Kashmir are the reasons for the attacks, thus essentially telling the world it's an India - Pakistan problem. However, I don't think the govt. officials of the US, Britain and Israel are taking it so lightly. I'm sure they are working on India's security, but no one can force Pakistan to do the right thing. They will also use the news to get leverage by masking their protection of the terrorist cells under the guise of insufficient evidence to the Mumbai attack. You need to get the word out there more, peacefully of course or it will be taken the wrong way. I wish Indians could get the truth across to the world. You cannot trust the mass media. They have their own agenda.

Actually as an outsider it would appear that Indian officials have already decided the Pakistan is guilty and these officials are not co-operating as the Pakistan Government has asked them too.



If this is a cynical attempt by the Indian Government to make Pakistan look bad, it is not working.In fact it is backfiring.



It is no secret India and Pak have a complete and stupid hatred and mistrust of each other to the point that they are blind to each others problems.



The western press and Governments have quite clearly seen that Paks want to help and be involved but India is creating issues and being unhelpful in this matter with the Pakistanis.



That is why the UN is not helping nor is it interested in helping as India does not seem to want to solve this properly just create more tension in the area.



What happened was terrible and a criminal act, Australians were killed too, but the current stance by the Indian government is part of the problem to investigating and resolving this properly not the solution.



Going to war with Pakistan or escalating the Kashmir conflict will solve nothing and prove even less.



It was not Pakistan that led the attack in Mumbai , it was some (supposed) Pakistanis , what 11 people out of a population of millions. It is not even a representative sample of the population.



If India wants to condemn an entire country with a population of millions for the acts of 11 insane men..then that speaks a lot for Indian mentality.



that is why the UN is not interested in helping.



EDIT: Look around you people, the US is not victorious or in control in Iraq OR Afghanistan. Instead they have immersed themselves in a war that unless they retreat from will continue to cost them over a billion dollars a week for NO return.



Israel is posturing along the Gaza strip , Hamas, Al Queda and the other so called terrorist s are looking for an excuse to unleash hell on this world. If Israel attacks, Jordon , Syria , Lebanon and Iran ( and probably Egypt in a support role) will more than likely rise up and make a concerted effort to remove Israel from the map. They have failed before but Israels poor performance in Lebanon 2 years ago show that the new Israel is not a patch on the old and the military have grown soft and are touchable .



Any one who attacks a moslem nation on any sort of pretext can be assured that it will not be that one nation that they will be fighting. Russia is happily arming the moslem nations for cash , chances are the Chinese are probably getting some of that action as well., the moslem nations are swimming in petro dollars, Iran, Iraq , Afghanistan are training soldiers on a scale never before seen in a new type of warfare.



India got hit , no doubt, but they are not the US, you do not have the military capability , infrastructure or money to support a protracted war against an enemy you cannot see. the US WILL NOT come to your aid and it is unlikely that many asian countries will either. You will have no co-alition of the willing behind you and you will be very on your own.



But if you think that you have the ability to punish an entire population that will very quickly be supported by other moslem nations, possibly in a war that will last for generations, for the actions of 11 men, 10 of whom are now dead, then good luck to you.



You will need all the strength of the entire Hindu pantheon of Gods to help you ..because no one else will.

I don't think the govt is coward or lacks the capacity to address the problem seriously! They simply don't want to curb terrorism. The underworld Dadas are just the patrons of the big business with hoards of black money, corrupt political leaders with abundant 'power' and influence, etc! The islamic secessionists and terrorists / the militant naxals and Maoists / the Rajas and Pawars / nay all evil elements are the buddies of the politicians, particularly in the oldest and richest congress party! So I am unable to go with the opinion of other members here, who accuse the govt as if they could not control the terror. The basic intent is lacking! Remember that they abolished the POTA to please extremist groups among minorities! Even after abundant info on the hide out of the Dawood and other Dadas in Pak, they are not lobbying powerfully to have them brought before law! As for the response, the familiar lie that there would be zero tolerance etc would be made. Some cash reliefs would be given. The investigation would progress at snail pace and if the culprits are charged, the Prosecution would progress according to the power linkage of the culprits organisation with the Indian govt through local intermediaries! Even if the final conviction is made, the execution of court orders would drag on like Kasab's, giving them time to apply for Amnesty etc! The way the UPA takes lax interest in curbing the refugee influx from Bangladesh, solving the issues in north east, tackling the chineses build up of infra along our borders, or disarming the militant / secessionist forces in J&K, etc or more recent domestic hazards from naxal / maoist outfits, etc shows that the govt least cares for any the security of the country, which is further confimed by the successive exposures of scandals at high levels, showing the real face of the rulers! They had come to power only to loot the country's resources and not to govern. Their economic programmes are also pro rich / corporate and the Aam Aadmi slogan is hollow promise to cheat people! The biggest danger therefore is not from the terror outfits but the unprincipled and haughty rulers! To expect any relief from terror or poverty etc from their rule is gross ignorance!

You have some good points. What do you then make of the destruction of Taliban by the US and its allies after 9/11 attacks. India's stance is very similar to that. India claims that terrorist groups are getting a free haven inside Pakistan (just like US claimed Al-Qaeda is enjoying inside Afghanistan) and wants the Pakistan government to own up to it and fight it. But, Pakistan government is unwilling to do that. I don't see much difference between the Afghanistan-US situation and Pakistan-India situation.



A little bit of open-mindedness from the international community would help in this matter as well.

there is a story. a bird made a nest in a field. when the crop was ripe to cut. the when leaving children told them that they should keep their ears open to listen what the farmer says about cutting the crop. when the mother returned in the evening. the children were agitated and told the mother we must leave now as farmer is coming with his Friends to cut the crop. the mother said donot worry the field, and flew away telling again to keep the ears open. in the evening when she came the children said, mother the farmer was saying now we start cutting the field ourselves. the bird said tonight we leave. moral of the story is if u depend on others to do a job it will never be done but if u do it urself u will do it.

1)delhi high cout feels helpless in making delhi govt to to deport the illegal bangladeshi immigrants from delhi and has written to EC about it.

2) in a fight between locals and bangladeshy immigrants more then 25 locals died.

3)there are enough bangladeshi fishermen in gujrat.

if we donot deport them now on war footing. the day is not far of when we shall ehtenic cleaning of assamesr local like we had in kashmir.

the media is also responsible for this. it now they are sensationlyse the news, and are not interested in the welfare of mother india, otherwise how do u justify that in batla house encounter the media was more intersted in poking the camera one and all who had to say that it was a fake encounter and inspecter sharma was was killed by police there were no terrorists in batla house. none of them till date wants the truth to come out, otherwise atleast some one would have poked their mike to the only serviving constable who got bullet injury, to hear his part of story.

the media has to toact even now, and send their investgating team to assam to see the real ground realty, and show the citizens the realty to force govt to act to deport the bangladesy immgrants out, otherwise u have a permanet terrorist out fit in india, and pakistan will globle mother india ny useing then.

Then US secretary of state rice went to Pakistan and say don't worry India will not attack you to the Pakistani leadership. This drama continued for last 5 years. But our leaders and Power Memory People of India fail to understand these things. From day one I am saying War against Pakistan and Pakistani terrorist camp is the only solution for all the problems.

You see in both above news Taliban terrorist group totally support Pakistani army, if war is declared by India.
