Technically, yes, but it's doubtful it will happen. Even if the Democrats got a huge majority in the 2006 elections and decided to start the impeachment process, someone would suddenly remember that this would make Dick Cheney the new President and they'd drop the issue immediatly.

if he commits a high crime or misdemeanor, yes.
