Does Obama have a Birth Certificate?

I heard that Obama does not have a birth certificate? I guess I haven't been watching the news, but why not? Someone told me it's because he doesn't want anyone knowing that he may have been born in the middle east or somewhere near there. I'm confused?!

Once again it matters not where he was born as his father B.H.Obama I [Sr.] was not a US citizen he was in country on a student visa. Read Your Constitution well here you go.



The Constitution of The United States of America.

Article II Section 1 Clause 5---- reads verbatim.

No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.



Now then the framers of the Constitution did not just come up with “natural born citizen” off the top of their head. As we all know they used Emmerich de Vattels’ The Law of Nations. In Book I Chapter XIX Section 212 Vattel writes;

....."The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.....I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country."

He does not have a legally obtained Birth Certificate stating he was born in the United States. He has only provided a "certificate of live birth" conveniently afforded him after his also convenient trip to Hawaii just before his alleged grandmother died. It states only that he was born and to whom he was born. It does not provide all of the required information that a certified Birth Certificate provides, such as a doctors signature, the hospital where he was born, etc.



If he had such a document he would have provided it long ago instead of illegally using campaign funds to hire lawyers to fight dozens of legal challenges by those who have questioned his eligibility.



This cover-up is going all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court too. That's why within weeks of the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Justice Department confirmed receipt of the latest eligibility challenge, Justice David Souter announced his retirement.

Some Republicans are still poor losers of the 2008 election and they will try anything to discredit him. By saying Obama is not a US born citizen they are implying that Obama as president is illegal.

He definetely has a birth certificate, however releasing it to the public would convict him of fraud on the highest level. He was born somewhere in the middle-east, therefore his birth certificate would prove his non-citizenship of the United States. However, the thing that stands out to me is that he has spent almost $800,000. fighting not to have to show a $20.00 piece of paper that would put the whole thing to rest. There are those who think he was born here and those who don't. But I would think that Obama himself would want the support of all Americans and would just show the thing to shut them up. This peculiar story of him not having one developed during the Democratic Primary and persists despite massive evidence to the contrary.
