The British would only kill there in self-defence. Also, the land is not stolen, it was conquered a long time ago and they benefit from being a part of English Law & Protection.

That is not a very accurate question at all. England is in Great Britain. As are Scotland, Wales and Ireland. They all form the Great British Isles.
