Should the rich give to the poor??

eghhh i haven't seen how much some people get a year....
not even the president lol

so what should the rich people do with their money??
and they expect the "regular" American to live with the minimum wage!!
of course the rich have better weekends, and better Christmas breaks, and summer vacations...a trip to Europe or Brazil is a regular thing for them...lucky bastards!

hummm yeah... I think sharing is caring....and please stop begging for a raise!!

From a Biblical point of view we should all help others in need as we can.

But the Bible also cautions against giving to those who sit around expecting to live off of hand outs. It is Sunday.



So yes the rich should give out of the goodness of their hearts as God leads them.

Many times I see the wealthy kicking in a large chunk of donations for flood or fire victims. Or pitch in the resources at their disposal to help people in true need.

But no, the poor should not expect to get anything they don’t work for.

Sorry, but I am a capitalist. I was born poor. My first dentist was actually a student from the state school who came and pitched a tent on the school house lawn. I have worked for everything I've received and have only asked that I be given a chance. I provide you with a "free" education K-12 and a higher education at a reduced rate tuition. And still this is not enough? You fritter your days in class away worrying about Friday night's dance and football game. You worry about what so and so said about you in the cafeteria or what someone is wearing. When the grade of 'C' means average, you expect an 'A' simply because it's now the norm. You have your cell phone, your pc, your cable and you drive a new gas guzzling piece of crap that you've signed away your life on for the next five years and at the end of that term, you still owe several thousand dollars and then you don't even get to keep the thing. How smart is that? You wrack up credit card debt like there's no tomorrow, you sign for mortgages you know you cannot aford and then whine like the dickens when it all comes crashing in on you like a house of cards.

Here's my suggestion: Take what little money you have left and start your own business. Get it up and running. Be responsible for it and everything that pertains to it. Do well and then hire someone to work for you. Do this now. Don't wait. And when that employee comes to you, having been less than stellar in their performance asking you for a raise, listen very carefully to what they say. They believe you don't work hard enough and that you make too much money. They believe that THEY deserve what you have worked for and invested in. When you hear this crap, think back to your own ill thoughout out response here and then just quietly shake your head as you show them the door.

Life's not fair. It's work. Work smarter, not harder. Work for yourself and your reputation not someone else's.

Rich man poor man begger man thief, which one am I? Rich man, because he gets to see his grandchildren play in his front yard. To be rich is to live a long full life. That is what I seek to have.



Side note, those that run that fastest burn out the fastest. Try to find the common ground so that you can burn the candle as long as it will let you.

Uhh, I work weekends, holidays, anytime, on call, double-shifts, do whatever needs to be done at the drop of a hat, do the work of three people, and am not rich. You want to explain to me where you got the idea that the majority of rich work far more or harder than the poor? So yeah, they should stop stealing from us. I'm going to be going to college so I won't have to slave like that and so I can do what I love.



Anyways, what individual is worth 400k a year? With society's ruthless tendencies, what you say about the majority of rich is a lie.
