Medicare cards don't expire. Do you mean a Medicaid card? If Medicaid contact your county welfare office and find out.

However, if you want a new Medicare card go to ssa.gov and order one.

I am unaware of Medicare Cards having an expiration date. If you live in the United States you may go to the Social Security Office and request Form SSA 2458, verification of RSDI and SSI Benefits and also receipt of Medicare. Most physician offices and hospitals depend on data entry of your HIB (Health Insurance Beneficiary) Number into the computer system to verify Medicare entitlement begin dates for Part A and Part B. The HIB Number, if you are eligible based upon your work record, is your Social Security Number and a lettered suffix "A". If you are collecting benefits because of someone else's work (spouse, etc.) the HIB Number is their social security number (not your SS Number) followed by a lettered suffix.
