Can someone please tell me which states in our country still have the death penalty?

--I ask this because this is a sickening aspect of the law practiced in America, death penalty is a premeditated murder and may God have mercy on the JUDGES who sentence this penalty. for one day we all shall be judged too, may the grace of God be with you.

That should answer your question but another website might also have great interest for you. This one is for an organization called "National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty."

Jim in Wisconsin - (Where we haven't had the death penalty since the 1800's but in an advisory referendum for a state constitutional amendment during last November's elections, the majority of my fellow Wisconsinites who cast a vote, voted to re-instate a death penalty! That doesn't make it happen, but it sure is disgusting.)
